With this track record we want to show you how a house is built from a to z, which should give you a clear idea of everything involved.

Our houses are developed and built in close cooperation with a professional team of skilful people ranging from architects, over commercial building advisors to supervisors and labourers. The average building term for houses up to 200.000 € is 160 working days.
The property to be built on the right-hand side of the existing homes. Trees have been removed by the client.


Excavating the basement.
Excavated soil is used to raise the garden.
Draining water from well and partitioning off the concrete bottom of the neighboring basement floor for pouring the basement.



Installing insulation for the basement.

 

After the basement has been poured, the vaulting is installed.


Filling up the ground next to the Basement.

Start of construction brickwork.
Installing precast floor above the ground floor with a 23 meter crane.


Reinforcement for concrete pressure layer is placed on the precast floor by the crane operator.

Reinforcement cage for concrete beam is installed.

Framework for pressure layer on vaulting is installed and the safety rails are readied.

The builder's hoist is placed after the pressure layer has been poured.


The concrete beam has been poured and the opening for the dome is further developed.

Brickwork on the top Floor.



Vaulting placed on top floor by the crane.
Front door-frame in bleu limestone has been installed.



Brickwork top of outer wall for the roof.
Roof carpentry: tile laths for laying roof tiles are placed.



Installing roof tiles.
Chimney has been built with bricks; round zinc drainpipes and zinc gutter are installed.



The garage entrance is installed.

Installing electrical and plumbing pipes.



Installing roof insulation.
Windows and doors are installed.



Installing glass in the sliding window.
Placing the front door.



Plastering.

Repointing the house.



Installing heating pipes in bathroom and cement plastering of the shower.

Placing the recess for the soapstone stove.



Installing floor insulation on top of Styrofoam chips.
Screeding.



Installing the floor.

Installing sewer system.



Installing central heating boiler in the attic.
Installing sanitary.
